1. Refund Policy
At PlanRBD, we aim to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their digital purchases.
In compliance with Paddle’s mandatory refund policy, customers are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with their order.
Because our courses and services are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, refunds can only be processed if the course or digital material has not been fully accessed, downloaded, or used during this period.
Once access or delivery has been completed and the content has been viewed or used, refunds will no longer be eligible.

2. Service Delivery
After successful payment, our system automatically grants access to your purchased service, course, or consultation.
In case of any technical issue (e.g., login or access error), our support team will assist you to resolve it as soon as possible.
3. Duplicate Payment or Technical Errors
